Okay, I love bell peppers. I admit it. But what is the protocol for bell peppers. I realize that they are not on Dr. S protocol list, but also not on his no-no list. Please someone tell me why they are not on protocol or if you have eaten them on P2 as your veggie without issue. I know the green peppers are less calories than red and I would use them (though I prefer red, yellow and orange). The peppers are high in Potassium and Magnesium - stuff I desperately need and don't absorb well from supplements (due to gastric altering).
