    Cooked radish!

Made a surprisingly yummy meal with red radishes! I wanted to try a different vegetable from the list and chopped up radish was it. I cooked it with chicken, a touch of tamari sauce (braggs amino for others) two-three tablespoons of onion and garlic powder, bit of salt and ed pepper flakes. All in one pot over the stove with chicken broth as the base and cooked together.
Next time I'll take a picture.

I LOVE cooked radishes! They actually taste like new potatoes, to me, when they're cooked.

I also cook them with a roast in P3 and they're really yummy!

I agree! I usually cook them in the oven and they look like roasted red potatoes and taste like potatoes too. Easy to trick someone...let's say....my boyfriend who thinks he doesn't like radishes...
