Does anyone have any good P2 crockpot recipes? I found a slow cooker chicken recipe on Pinterest and it was awful :( If you have something yummy, please share :)

I like to put my meat in the crock pot with chopped up tomatoes. Then you can add spices to make it like chili or italian spices for a different flavor.
I know some people don't use ground beef, but I do. I just use the leanest I can get and rinse it with hot water after I cook it so I rinse most of the fat off. I've never had trouble using it that way. Then I put it in the crock pot with the tomatoes. I've also used chicken for this recipe.
Thanks Cheerleader! I will have to try it out with tomatoes! :)
LolaNoodle, it's especially filling for the first few days of P2.
