I stayed up into the wee hours finishing a work project and was hungry again so I had 60g of spinach and 1 Melba toast. The daily total still was under 500 calories.
This morning my weight is the same as it was yesterday. It's not just a stall, it's been higher for several days now which is a little alarming. I'm going to go back to the regular protocol today but does anyone have any suggestions as to how to proceed to correct the increase?
