    So, your fat fast days... you did one back in Aug I see according to your posts. How did that work for you after, did you maintain? How did you followup those days? High protein? I am on day 2 of my FFD's and am planning on doing 3. I lost 1.6 from the first day which is way better than any SD has done for me! Please give me any input you have regarding FFD, I'm hoping it was the right choice for me! Thanks

    Hello I was reading a post you put up regarding multi vitamins. Did you end up taking them in p2 even with the additives such as cellulose and the vitamin a and e? I'm so confused!

    Hi DeAnn thank you for your posts about FAT FASTdays. I googled and came across your post. I'm soo nervous trying this!!! I can't break 144 on any round of hcg. I am hoping this works for me. I bought enough stuff for 3 days but prepared to quit if Ineed to tomorrow.

    Hi DeAnn, I have been reading the posts in your thread for the last 2 days. Thanks for being willing to experiment and for sharing your experience. You never know how much it can help someone...like me. I see that you are considering whether to do a short or Long round... I am in the same boat.
    I completed a long round 1 of 43 days, 5 wks of p3&4. I'm just a little over a week into r2. I have read tons about cycling and think it's a viable option for me. So many members have done it successfully for so long with lots of weight lost. SO it's hard to understand why a shorter round of 23 days wld cause an issue.
    I will watch for your posts with interest & wish you great continued success!

    Yes i have even bookmarked that thread before i wrote on your wall. I just found that you have a lot of awesome recipes on all the pages but it was quite a pain to go through all the pages. i thought you would have compiled a list of them yourself but it sounds like you didn't. Oh well, it's all right. No pain, no gain (loss) right? Thanks again though for the tips. It is a comfort to know that we can still lose weight on P4 because i have about 10 pounds to go but really don't want to start another round.

    Hello 4_MyBlessings, thank you for all your amazing tips on how to lose weight even more after HCG. I am still in the 2nd phrase but i am now starting to plan for my diet plan for the 3rd phrase and 4th phrase. You have provided a lot of recipes, for the FFF day and steak day. I wonder whether you have any link that i can go to where you compile all your food plans? Thanks =)
