You look good though! I had an awesome p3, only had to do one steak day but found out every time I ate nuts I would get a really bad tummy ache. Gotta laser those...Anyway I started P4 and messed up big time! I had oatmeal and should have stopped it there but then I had ww bread, wheat thins (ewww they have so much crap in them!), and corn tortillas. Should've known better! I also lifted weights that day in the first time in like 2 months. I didn't work out at all during p2 or p3. The morning after I had to do a steak day bc i was 1.2 lb over my 2lb window. I know some of it must have been from my work out- my legs are killing me! but I re introduced too much starch too soon. This morning I only lost a pound from the steak day but I'm just gonna keep eating lean and green.

omg sorry this is a freaking novel lol how much do you think we retain when we work out? hmmm. anyway, i'm gonna go get my hair colored (: talk to you soon!

Hey I was just browing and you are starting at a weigh around me! Just curious.. how long of round you did, how you didnt cheat with all your friends probably always eating out, and how much did you lose? Also, are you on r3 now? THanks!

Each round is different, I swear. I had little trouble stabilizing after R1 and I "knew a lot less" about going into it gradually. R2 was more difficult. I don't know why. That's part of the reason I'm delaying R3.
I will say I may add fats a little less quickly next time; I think their absence for weeks, then suddenly eating lots of them, caused me a bit of GI distress. That's if I can manage it mentally-you get so many cravings!
