I did R1 summer 2009 with plans to do another January 2010. However, I found out I had a surprise right before Christmas and he was born last August. So....I waited until after the holidays again and started R2 (really starting over just below where I started R1) on January 5. I got TOM yesterday and had a .8 gain the day before but a 1.6 loss yesterday and a 1.2 today so I'm crossing my fingers this will be ok. I remember R1 TOM, I slowed to a crawl but it was also week 2 for me which is generally slower too. The great thing about this diet, other than quick weight loss, is that no matter what kind of screw up you make, you can always fix it the next day...it's definitely a learning process! Thanks so much for responding to me!! I actually saw a pound drop on the scale this a.m. I'm going to hang in there for sure. It's not necessarily hard as a diet per se, but really sucks during TOM. I am not really sure if I should expect to see a greater drop in the scale when my period is over with, but I hope so! Your on round 2? How did the first go round work out for you and how long have you been using this program? Again this is R1 for me and Im constantly worried that I may be doing something wrong.
