    Aloha Caligirl75 THank you for writing me. This is just so confusing for me. And there is SO MUCH to learn!
    I don't eat because I am hungry. I just have the urge to go eat and I can't control myself. It is just awful! So I am not sure if the HCG will help me. People say they are not hungry. But does it make them want to just STOP EATING all the time or so much???
    CONGRADULATIONS on your massive weight loss. Gee 45 pounds in my book is a LOT of weight!

    Hi! I started HCG Nov. 1st and lost 33 pounds by December 15. I am learning to maintain it now and have returned to working out pretty hard. I haven't lost much strength. I took sublingual HCG prescription drops, which I paid a local weightloss clinic $350 to get from a local pharmacy. To get the most powerful HCG, you have to get the prescription kind, which requires finding a doc to prescribe it. The only way around that is ordering online from an overseas pharmacy and mixing it yourself. There's a lot of info in the forums about it. One overseas pharmacy I know of is called All Day Chemist. Do a forum search on them, and I am sure that will pull up some more info. This is the best diet I have ever done and has changed my life. I went from 220 pounds to 203 on my own from eating in moderation and working out. Then gained 5 of that back loading for the HCG diet. Lost 33 pounds on HCG. All together I have lost 45 pounds. Everyone deserves this amazing transformation. God bless you!

Like everyone I am here desperate to loose weight. Been reading the internet for weeks now all day long trying to learn what is best to do. The Roca Labs Diet which consists of guargum and xanthium gum and beta glucan. Too much can't afford it and will cause me fecal impactions probably.
Or the HCG diet. But which HCG is the BEST to buy that i can afford reasonably? I can do injectables as I take insulin and am a retired RN. But I don't have $200 to spend either. Was I reading someone
