How in the freaking world could I possibly gain 4.4 lbs overnight? I was full because I went back for seconds, sure, but of chicken and cauliflower!

Woke up, up 0.4 from my last VLCD, which puts me just 0.6 below ldw. For breakfast I had 3 eggs with 6 strips of bacon. I'm trying to keep my body alkaline so first thing this morning I took a shot of lime juice/water. I'm gonna try to keep up with eating my veggies and I've bought my probiotics, calcium, and vit c. Hopefully it helps some.
I cannot wait for breakfast, when I can eat real flavorful food. I haven't had meat in about 6 days, I've been eating fage for both meals and I'm ready for my standard bacon and eggs.
Meal plan for tomorrow:
B-fast: eggs + bacon (I'm going to try to stomach my eggs fried with CO)
Lunch: Probably a salad w/ chicken/oysters and mayo
Dinner: Drumsticks w/ cauliflower mash

I was down 0.2 this morning, weighing in at 117.6, but I'm not officially counting anything below my ldw. I have 24 hours left before I can eat p3 and I am beyond ready for it to be here. I always wake up on the first p3 morning extra cheery and optimistic, because I can eat bacon! I'm really happy with where my weight is now, and how I feel I look, and now I just need it to come

My apple day yielded a 1.4 loss, and that put me exactly at the ldw i wanted to keep my 2lb buffer under 120 lbs which is great. Today is my last day of drops and then tomorrow will start my 48 hours of VLCD.
