Sooo.. I started round 2 ten days ago. I do believe I am having more success than I did last time. I have lost 16.2 pounds already. I am being very careful to stay on protocol. I am have not been eating any melbas. That may be making a difference. I tried a new meal too. Three egg whites and one yolk and 100 grams of salsa. MMMMmmm yummy. I am eating that every other day. It is so fast too. Way easier than most other meals I make. My hunger is over. After the first week, I really don't feel hungry
Soooo... I finished P2 last Saturday and have been very much enjoying my P3. A little too much maybe. My LDW was 257.8 (total lost around 26 lbs) but I have been hovering around 255.8. Here I am, one w eek in, and I just weighed in at 261. Yup, correction time. It's 10 at night, and I highly doubt I will wake up within range. So I am planning to do a FFF day. I could totally scarf down a huge steak (I even have one marinating) but I don't think going all day without eating will be fun. The one apple
Sadly, my weight loss has been sporadic this week. I am up and down, up and down. I have been sticking to protocol faithfully, but not eating all my melbas and fruit. I usually skip 1 melba and 1 fruit each day. I do this more out of forgetfulness/ lack of time than anything else. So I am wondering what is causing my weight loss fluctuations.MAYBE... I have REALLY not having bms. I mean to the extent that I have gone maybe 3 times in the 16 days I have been on VLCD

Umm yeah... I thought I was doing a good job. I got a "misto" filled it with coconut oil and proceeded to go crazy. I cooked enough fish and chicken for 3 days. NOW, I learn that there is 120 calories per tablespoon! Yikes!! Now, I can't help but look at the remaining chicken and fish like it's contaminated...Anyway, I suppose I can spare a few extra calories since I finally decided to get on the treadmill this morning.... Only the scale will tell.
As I was ripping and running all day, I kept forgetting to eat. I am soooo not hungry. I didn't have Melbas today and I didn't miss them. I also had only one radish for my lunch veggie. I was in a hurry.... I will try to stay closer to 500 tomorrow. I really loved my dinner. It was the bomb! I have never been one for recipes, but I am going to have to start looking at some.. Still not sleeping enough (it is 3:48 as I am writing this). Despite all my shortcomings, I am still losing pretty evenly
