    Thanks for the note on my blog - I was actually planning on doing a steak day today. I gained 1.1 lbs last night, so I'm incredibly annoyed and need to do something about it.

    I had put three piece's of roasted garlic melba toast on a plate and i had made homemade spaghetti with turkey meatballs, so i put a little bit of sauce over the toast and 3 meatballs and green beans on the side for dinner and i was so full, and i think it was because of the melba toast..and really didn't taste the toast because of the spaghetti sauce..Have you tried the Miracle noodles??

    Thank you Critterbug...I was wondering, do you think i can mix the Strawberries and apples and oranges together and still drink it as a smoothie? Or am i only to have one kind of fruit at a time? For some reason, i stay full for a very long time when i drink a smoothie in the morning, not sure if its just in my head or what? Oh, have you heard anything about eating Melba toast?

    YOu mix equal parts coconut oil and cocoa powder (100%, sugar free, all natural) and then sweeten to taste. I put it in an ice tray then freeze it for a while, then put it in the fridge, and eat it in little squares. about 1 tsp is what I started w/ some eat up to a tablespoon. But it's its supposed to be a good stall breaker, I normaly just have it to help with loses.

    Absolutely to the protein day! That's not rogue. Rogue is eating things off protocol. Many people do high protein days in P2 instead of an apple day. Normally you should try to stick to one protein. I eat 5- 100gram pieces of chicken breast throughout the day. And tons of water. That's it. It's a little hard to get through, more mentally than anything else. But there's a good chance it could break your stall! And yes, stalls are a normal part of the diet unfortunately. But once you start moving you'll be so happy you stuck with it! Here for you if you have questions!!!

I was never over weight until I got pregnant and I have tried everything possible to loose the weight and nothing has worked. I've been doing HCG for 1 week and I've lost 13 lbs. WOO HOO! I lost 2 1/2 lbs!

Finally, I lost 2 1/2 lbs. when I got on the scale this morning. Just what I needed to get me back on track! I hate when you hit a stall and don't loose anything for a couple of days because it makes you want to cheat! The voice in your heads like "You didn't loose anything, so why not have something good to eat?" God, I hate that! I just want to keep pushing forward and loose these next 18 lbs. I'm gonna stick to strict protocol and hopefully the numbers on the scale will keep going down

I read Dr Simeons Pounds and Inches like everyone told me. I got a lot out of it that I didn't know before, but I still don't understand what a correction day is. Is it an apple day or steak day? I know what those are. Not really sure. Someone please help!

Someone Help! What is a correction day???

I was just wondering what a correction day is? I'm in phase 2 and people keep telling me to do a correction day to help my weight loss pick back up, but I'm not really sure what it is. And does anyone else have any idea's of what I can do to speed my weight loss back up??? Please someone help me! I really want to loose 20 more lbs. in the next 3 weeks before I go to the beach so I can fit into my prepregnancy clothes. Please Help! Thanks

I was just wondering if anyone has any idea's on how to loose the weight a little bit faster. Or atleast a lb. a day. I really want to loose 20 more lbs. in the next 3 weeks. I stepped on the scale this morning only to see a 1/2 lb. loss. It's better than nothing I guess, but with my TOM and the stall I hit last week I've been in the 170's for over a week now and it's driving me crazy! I just really want to loose a lb. a day for the next 5 days so I can see the 160's. I think beef is making me lose

My stall is over!!!

I did a protein day yesterday and I exercised for and hour and finally broke my stall. I'm so happy to be past the 175 mark and I'm really excited that hopefully in 5 days I'll be in the 160's. I'm gonna stick to strict protocol and exercise everyday so I can get through this next 20 lbs. before I go to the beach, exactly 3 weeks from today. I know I can do this. I've had the strength to do it this long, so I know I can do it for 3 more weeks. I just really hope I don't hit anymore stalls before
