Biography:

I have a 15 year old son who is the light of my life! I live in Austin, Texas and work in the music industry, where I book a legendary music venue/nightclub. Stress, a busy schedule and being a single mom all weigh in to my lack of taking care of myself like I know i should. I think in the past if I put weight on i could hit Atkins for a week and drop the pounds in a flash, but not so much as of late. Ahhhh, the 40's! Looking forward to support and info from this community!
