I'm on my last week of P4 and start loading on Friday. I'm so ready to start R2 of my journey. I had a few misshaps in the 1st week of P3. Stabilizing was really tricky. I finally learned that I wasn't eating enough, if u can believe it. So currently I'm @ my LDW. I'm so ready for R2P2!! I'm sick of planning out meals and eating ALL this damn food. By the end of this year I hope to be in the neighborhood of my goal weight of 130lbs. I'm in it 2 win it!!

[QUOTE=ekeshiamaria;642745]I start P3 on Sunday, and I've read all the posts about people gaining their weight back and I'm petrified. I lost 32.6 lbs in this first round. THAT WAS HUGE FOR ME! I've never done this well on any diet. Now I'm scared to leave the comfort of P2. My sis says to just stay away from carbs and I'll be fine. I'm afraid I won't eat enough. Can anyone pls advise me so that I won't stress myself into weight gain.

I'm on Day 7 of P2. I stalled yesterday after eating cabbage the day b4. Won't be doing that again. Lost 0.4 today. Not as much as I'd like but its progress. Other than the stall, I really like this diet. But I must admit, the stall took some steam out of my cloud. But I digress, and I'm pushing forward!
