So this is Day 4 for me, it was okay. Breakfast is a little tough since I can just have coffee so my lunch time I'm ready to eat. Dinner was okay too, about 9pm I was hungry, I'm trying not to eat past 7pm. It's funny because last night I was dreaming I was eating some sherbet and realized I shouldn't be eating that! Thank goodness it was a dream, it would have sucked to have cheated. I'm going to try my hardest to stick to this! I'm so looking forward to the results, I've tried many different diets
