It's four weeks and one day since last injection.
Weighed in today at .2lbs under LIW. This is despite attending the Vancouver International Wine Festival and falling off the low carb wagon into a giant platter of nachos and a strawberry cheesecake (not at the same time though).
I mentioned a couple posts back (Feb 16th) that I'd ordered hCG online. Order update: I received a shipping confirmation the next day and the product five days (regular air mail from Europe)
It's been a week and a day since my my last VLCD day.
As of this morning, I'm down 1.4lbs from my last injection weight (LIW). I've been as high as 1.2lbs up from LIW. Average for the week was .4lbs under LIW.

Day 43 : no change on the scale

Yesterday was Day 40 : still no change on the scale but my thighs are visually more defined about the knees. I'm still very pleased with overall results. Even going strict (OCD-level strict) Atkins for five months didn't produce the fat loss that forty days of hCG has. I will be doing another round to lose the rest of my 'abnormal fat', all of which to now seem to be clinging to be my thighs.
My ND's opinion is that I'm retaining water as part of an allergic reaction to the milk
Day 38 : no change on the scale
Day 39 : ditto
Tape measure is my new best friend. Down a total of 5 inches at the waist and 4.5 inches at the hip. Didn't measure anywhere else prior to protocol, darn it.
I mentioned a couple of posts back that I was noodling on the idea of cycling hCG rounds until I'd banished all the signs of obesity from my body. After reading through various papers on hormone action, I think doing less than Dr. Simeon's 23 round would be
