loading is definitely not my favorite thing to do.
I've had to do 2 steak days... But they were my own fault. I knew better. When I stick to the plan stabilizing is easy. I'm glad to hear your round is going well... I am definitely going to approach p2 differently this time. And thanks for the advice about loading. I've already decided that I need to gain at least 3lbs this time around. I've read people have more trouble losing cycling... But there are some that do fine. I'm kind of ready to start losing again but I really need to get my motivation in check first.
hey gina! yeah I'm starting again in 10 days!!! how have your losses been going? I'm nervous about my losses because of "cycling" I really want to get this last 20 off in one round... I just don't have any time to waste Clayton gets home on Oct 9th!
