I started the hcg with my husband for support. Yes we both definitly need to be on this diet. Last time I tried it alone he was no support at all and ate everything he wanted in front of me almost like he was teasing me. I am STARVING! NiGen BioTech

After HOURS of research and days of using this CRAP I found out that I am completely starving myself for no reason. Yes I lost 4.5lbs but its not fat lbs lost its muscle lbs lost. When you starve yourself (500 calories) you burn muscle not fat. That is where the real HCG comes in because its the hormone to actually burn fat and not your muscle. I am so frustrated!!!! I went to look up how many calories are in 100g of sirloin tip steak and I found a website that states ALL the foods for the HCG diet and what the calories are for the required serving. Well compairing that to my list I have already everything was completely different. So I scroll down the website I am on and at first it says 100g fish 80cal. under that list it says 100g tilapia 94 cal. WHICH ONE DO I GO BY??
