Thanks for your response. I wondered about being close to IBW and the hcg. I found myself ravenous all the time on the hcg. More than when I stopped and ate the same things. Keeping to the 500 calories did decrease my appetite and I lost 5 pounds, so I should be happy.... I am thinking about trying it again in the timeframe suggested. Did you buy all new hcg or use what you had???

My 1st round was excellent, 2nd round was terrible, hoping the 3rd round goes well. If I stick to protocol, all is well. But sometimes I just give in to a craving and I pay for it. I'm never really hungry, and I'm not a sweet eater, but for some reason when I'm on hcg I just want candy all the time! Weird.
I stabilized well after round 2 and took the summer off. I kept an eye on what I was eating and drinking and did ok. I still have around 12 pounds to go to get to goal. It does get harder when you get closer to goal. The body just doesn't want to give it up! But if we stick to protocol, drink water, do a little exercise at least, get a good amount of sleep, it will happen!

Hello neighbor! I haven't been to Slippery Rock in years but I used to visit friends there long ago. I love our part of the world this time of year (but I will be whining once winter gets here, as usual).

Yes, this is my 3rd round. I've used homeopathic all 3 times. I used pellets my 1st round, drops the 2nd, back to pellets this time. I find them convenient.
I have been healthy most of my life. I like to cook and eat at home most of the time, I'm not a big junk food eater, tho I do certainly like bar food or a Whopper sometimes!
I have been thin all my life til about 3 years ago then I gained 30 lbs in a hurry, thanks to thyroid, age, stress, etc. I tried everything and nothing would budge it. Then came across HCG by accident and it does seem to work.

Hello fellow Western PA'er. I was reading your post on the over 50's Thread and had a couple questions for you. I noticed you are the same age and almost the same height, and have the same weight goal. You started in January and have done 3 rounds of the Hcg? I started my first round in September and have lost 6 pounds. But, I was always very, very, hungry, despite changing the Hcg 3 times hoping I got a "good" source. The last one was from our local Health Food store, so I was trusting it was potent. After reading several places about hunger and the hcg, I decided I was not going to lose anymore weight and moved onto P3. I am staying at the 6 pound loss, so far, but I was wondering how your experience went with each round of hcg. I would like to lose another 5-10 pounds.
