I just happened to read a post you wrote of your first 3 days on P3, and I was like OMG she ate so much and so many new foods, and I wondered how it affected you. It sounds to me (and I am DEFINITELY just going from what I have read on this forum) that you just went a bit overboard with exuberance and added too many things too quickly. Like in 3 days, you had put in almonds, zucchini and cauliflower and were going to put in blueberries and almond flour the next day.
