Hi Jeff... I have just been real busy this summer and not around much. I have started my round 4 this week and have lost almost 10 lbs already.. so all is good! How have you been?

I am doing good. My weight is stable, and I have not needed to update my ticker. Yes.. it is Monday and this is my first day back to work... it has been so long, it is almost like a new job now! hahaha!

How are things going for you?

Be patient... it might take the whole 3 weeks or more to stabilize... just watch the sugars and starches, you will be ok.

Hope you are doing good. Have you been able to lose or get back to your LDW?

ok... not sure what happened, but keep in mind you may have developed a food sensitivity. Actually, from what grammy says, we may always have had some food sensitivies and this HCG diet just helps bring them to light. Can you remember what you ate that may have caused it? It actually could be something in the last two days depending on the time of day you ate it.

Well today was probably your first day of P3... I trust you had a good breakfast finely!

I am a Systems Analyst... so I sit in front of a computer all day. I think it is strange that the Doc doesnt want me to go back to work yet.. must be the stress that I have, they are worried about.

Wow... that is awesome! 61.8 lbs is the most I have ever heard of anyone losing in one round! You had an incredible round! You will do good on P3, keep up on the water and watch sugars and starches. I will be glad to help if you ever have questions.

I am doing better and better. I am not back to work yet, but feel like I could be... the doc does not think I am ready yet, though. Hopefully next week I will hear something good about that.

How you doing Jeff? I have not heard from you for a few days... you should be getting close to P3 by now.
