I'm looking forward to tomorrow and plan on following protocol exactly today. I do hate working late since it seems harder to stay on track but I'll be happy to be making the right decisions again. We have a huge corporate visit at work tomorrow but I'm determined to stay calm and not stress. Hopefully I'll keep myself busy enough that I won't even have time to think about
Okay... so that didn't go as well as planned. Apparently my emotional eating habits are not as far in my past as I would have liked. I think they may actually be something I deal with for many years to come, but they are not nearly as bad as once so I'll take every little victory I can get. I ended up with 2 days very similar to what first timers do for their loading - eat anything and everything in sight. Soo... I had to make a decision. end and restart another time, or us this as a point to "restart."
This morning I woke up to a .6lb loss. Not too bad considering I had those cupcakes yesterday. I'm hoping that the cheat doesn't hit me tomorrow like it does some. Today I plan on being very careful about what I eat and when. I'm not expecting any huge losses in the morning either way though. I won't be getting home tonight until about 11pm and then I'll sleep for four hours before I get back up. I wish I could say I have to do that for work but it's nothing nearly so mature. Nope... I lost another 2 lbs this morning so I'm going to sick with the changes I made since they are definitely working. Of course... today was an exception. I had planned on treating myself with a little cocoa crack today. When I got home from the store my kids were standing there waiting for me holding cupcakes they made for me. *Sigh* So I caved and ate 2, yes 2. I did it, I'm over it, and I'm going try not to obsess
This morning was great. 2.4 lbs down compared to yesterday's 1. I did change a few things that I think made a difference. First of all I got a lot more sleep last night. I'm definitely one of those people who has diminished results with less than 6.5 hours of sleep. Secondly I had a double portion of protein for lunch, no melba all day and only one fruit.
We'll see what the scale says tomorrow but I've been slightly less successful today. I did my double protein for lunch but walked
