    17 lbs is awesome! I had a setback with period, then when I cheated this wkned so I am slow. I noticed if I sleep more than 8 hours a nite I always lose an entire pound the next day(provided i stay on protocol)
    I think I'll end up having to do one more round, hope not but just in case, want to research injecting. I have had so much hunger issues and energy issues with the sublingqual,homeopathic it works but... oh boy
    You are doing great l7 pounds is a lot of weight in a month I think.
    My period is currently stalling me but if like last time... I'll go back down in 3 days.

    Hi Kansas! I noticed a post of yours in the Petite group and thought I would say hello. I also started the program on 2/18 and am 5'1.5". I was wondering how things were going for you. I am down about 17 lbs so far and I'm not sure if that is good or bad. Let me know how you are doing!
  3. Yeah, you are right about the pea prot. its just as good.
    Thanks for that about the strawberries, I have them every nite(just l0 for 40 KK) but maybe I'll stop them for a while and just have more veg.
    I finally dropped a pound this a.m. after a 3 day stall.

    Hi again and thanks so much for getting back to me. Wow you've done so well sticking with the shakes for the duration.I'm sure after those stalls that things will get moving again.
    I'm in the UK so we don't get sun warrior here I use 'my protein' pea protein 'cos it has the most protein/least carb ratio and I mix it with a lorry load of stevia,handful of froz strawberries and about a quarter of a vanilla pod..mmm I love it.But if I have strawbs too often they makes me stall.I hadn't thought of using it in a soup,that's a great idea,I'll try it today.
    You're so close to your goal..I can't wait for that feeling!

    Hi, sorry I haven't been on for a couple days. I am eating 100% to the plan...no substitutions. I still haven't lost any weight but I fit in my clothes again. I am not sure about the lack of weight loss. I have an appt with another doctor in 2 weeks. Maybe tomorrow will be. Break. I thought I would have been down 7 lbs by now. I am glad you are doing well. I am going to try that soup, it sounds yummy!

    How are you doing? I am staying 500 or under. I am still waiting to lose weight. I had a really salty black bean burger yesterday. I feel good and I am hopeful that tomorrow will be good news. I go to the dr tomorrow and they will weigh me and give me a b12 shot.

    lost my 3 lb load pounds but cant figure out how to change the ticker.
    Was absolutey sickly yesterday , WHAT A DIFF. A DAY MAKES. Feel full of energy , although, I had to double my dose.
