I am only 5 days away from completing this round. It has been very difficult this last week. I have only lost 1.8lbs! It is easier to stay on the diet when I am seeing results- as it is for everyone I am sure. I think I hit a former set point- which is why it has been so slow lately. I hope I have moved beyond it tho, and can see some results for the rest of the time.
I am also in the middle of trying to fundraise for my daughter for her 2010 gymnastics season. It is a very expensive
It is one week into my second round and I'm feeling great... except for a pinched sciatic nerve in my back!
I have lost 7.6lbs so far this round and I am finally in the 160's! It is a wonderful feeling to be there... as it has been at least 7 years since I last saw that weight.
Funny observation for the week:
I posted on FB when I hit the 50 lb lost this week. I got so many replies, congratulations, and props! It was great... it is just strange that these people have
As if my life is not crazy enough- we are in the process of waiting for a puppy. The puppies are currently like 5 weeks old so we have about 2 more weeks till we get to bring her home. We are getting a Westie. They are soooo sweet- I am excited- but a bit nervous about it. I have never had a puppy before- and have been told that is it similar to having a baby.....
LOL- I know I am crazy- but I guess it is time to expand our family just a bit more... (just NOT with kids)
Well I made it
I was worried that I would not be able to hold it all together. I feel very scattered with things that I have to get done.
My day is now broken down into two hour increments. That is very hard to deal with, after not having to be anywhere on a time schedule for so long.
I will adjust- it is just weird.
Tomorrow is back to work- and my first VLCD on R2!
WOW a lot of things do dump on myself all at once... <shrugs> I will survive.
I am very excited! I got a job for the first time in like 2 years I will have a paycheck!. It is a very small job... only 2 hours a day... (that is the bad part).... but it is at a local elementary school as a play ground supervisor. I have wanted to work for the schools for a while now- but around here it is who you know, and if they know you. I am working at the elem. school where my kids went to school- so they recognized my name on the application.
I am happy- it is a small job- but
