I'm glad to hear it. Hoping to get there myself and yes I've been trying the laser and NAET. Hopefully I will eventually be able to stabilize. I am making progress though. I don't post a ton on the forum but I do come and check it out quite often. I've seen you around and you always make me smile. Keep up the good work!

Hey Lis, Thanks! You do too. I'm doing ok. I had to do a clean up round after Chrismtas cuz I was an idiot over the holidays and I'm probably going to do another round in April because I'm just not quite where I want to be. I've really been struggling with my stabilization. I've been clearing a lot of allergies and that helps but still not doing as well as I'd like. I think I'm going to do RX this round and then be done! I have to stablize because I'm so frustrated and fed up with my weight creeping back up. And I'm not being bad either, (other then the holidays:-) but I'm doing ok and I'm determined. How are you doing? You stable? If so what's your secret?

Yes, I'm on the other forum a lot. Still a moderator. Have you guys been getting a lot of spam weirdness from India? The other one has. Katsie plays on both forums. I'm glad she's still around.
