    I think I've adjusted my dose low enough and got the hunger thing under control - except when I'm prepping dinner for the fam! LOL - It just smells so DARN good in here!
    My problem now is that I can't seem to warm up!
    My husband put his hand on my shoulder when he got home from work last night and said:
    "Have you been outside? You are COLD."
    After dinner, the heat was cranked at 85 and I was on the couch with hot coco (Chocolate Stevia and Tea) and a blanket!
    Go figure!

    Are you still hungry? And Coldness?
