Hi there! I'm sorry I'm just now getting back on here... To be honest, I'm not sure what kind of injections I'm using - I go to Equilibrium in Houston, TX - they prepare the injections for me and I just weigh in once a week and before I leave, they give me 7 injections - already in the syringes - for the following week. I didn't realize there were different types of injections?

it's only mixed with 1 cc of dilutent- so you still need to mix it just like you would the powdered, although adding one less cc of fluid to your mix.

the total cost of my 43 days round is about $110. This is with all of the needles, bac water, 5 vials of 2000iu Ovidac and glass vials. With rx drops I'm not sure. There's still debate over whether or not you can truly absorb hcg the way you should when it's given orally. I did one injection daily. I started with 125iu and went up from there. At the end of my round I was injecting about 175iu. I had to adjust my dosage in the end but I did experiment around with different doses.

hi there! Thanks so much I don't use drops (I don't think they've got what you need) I got my injections from yourhcgdiet.com but apparently she's been shut down. I ordered my second round from All Day Chemist and my supplies from hcgdiscountsupplies.com. It's not hard at all to give yourself injections, totally worth it.

I am actually in Central KS...... small town in the midst of no where but Hutchinson is the next stop over for us. LOL Glad you are starting next week, I have had success with using greenwebs homeopatic hcg.... placed my second order via Amazon so I 'd have some extras on hand in case I run out sooner than I expected. Hehe. The first week will be the roughest but as you ease into the 2nd week, you start to really get the swing of things. Just remember if you cheat it sets you back 3 or 4 days. I have had to learn how to travel across KS with a lunchbox full of protocol foods and carry water, it helps ALOT. You'll do good, it'll take time but watching the numbers drop daily is gonna be a fun thing! hehehe!

hey Lynette! Where abouts in KS? Awesome on making a decision that will radically change your life for the BETTER! I just wish I had heard about this diet like 6 months ago but sometimes late is better than never right?! You'll do fine if you stick to the protocol and remember cheating will only set you back 3 to 4 days....... I am serious ask me how I know.... (cringes) so I will just extend my cycle by 3 to 4 days to make up for it.... arghh (SO KICKING MY OWN ASS over that)....... Remember girl EAT TO LIVE, DON'T LIVE TO EAT.
