OMG I have not logged in for days, just saw your message. You are not alone! I think that is how people lose weight on it...you just get sick thinking about eating another ounce of bland meat. lol. I fell off for the week last week. I should have waited until TOM came this week and then started, but they said you could do it with two weeks before. Either way I put on and took off 4.5 lbs and tomorrow will be the first weigh -in to determine which direction the scale is going. Basically I am still at the 10.5lb loss...I have to keep going...uggggggggggghhhhhhhhh. lol
Awesome!!! How are you doing on it, hunger wise? I find some days are really hard. Ughh...no choice but to stick to it. lol
I'm sure that has a lot to do with it to. Also, you don't have that much to lose at all which is great! but may not show such big numbers. Stick it out and see what happens next week after your period is over and all. I wish I was 168 right now.lol I just had my first baby at the end of June and well I just gained waaaaayyyy too much weight during the pregnancy and I am having a hell of a time trying to take it off any other way. So far so good with this. I am just nervous about the maintenance part. I really don't want to lose a bunch of weight to gain it back. We'll see though!
Hi Melrose! Please forgive me but I don't know quite how to work these forums, so I hope Im replying correctly. lol Okay lets see...I started Tuesday the 9th pre-load weight of 218.5. Load weight was 222.5 and this moring the scale read 215.5. I've been dropping between 2-2.5 a day so far. How's it going for you? Are you doing drops/pellets/ or injections? Im doing drops...just easier. Good luck to you! We can do this!
