Thanks for the input, Mike! I only just now found this... I would have responded earlier.
I think it is the snacking that gets him, too. He calls it hunger because he has always been a skinny guy who has never had to diet. Now his gut has caught up with him and I think he just has to learn the difference between hunger and munchies. He is basically trying P3 right now and is taking off about 2-3 lbs a week, but it is not coming off his gut. That is why he thought about HCG. You gave some good suggestions that we will keep in mind if he decides to make the jump. Thanks again!
Not intruding at all. For me the hungry was worse in the evening and during football games. I am so use to snaking in front of the television. I decided to go to bed early every night. I limited my TV time every night also . It seemed to work great on R1 and I didnt cheat. In R2 I forgot some of my these things and had some cheats. They were all on the weekend! He should be able to lose it in a short round so its only a little over 3 weeks of eating the 500 cal.. Just like everyone on here that does well , you have to WANT to lose it. Not just kinda feel like losing about 15
I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions...
My husband is thinking about starting HHCG. He actually did it with me about a year ago, but he only made it about 5 days. He says he was famished, but I think he may not know the difference between munchy and hungry. He is 6' and about 193lbs. He only wants to drop about 15 lbs and lose his gut. Did you find that you had to do anything differently as a man? Were you happy with your results?
