
INGREDIENTS
3.5 oz canned tuna packed in water, drained
1/4 cup chopped, unpeeled apple
1 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp curry powder (check ingredients)
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (check ingredients)
1/2 cup shredded lettuce leaves (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1 In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients but lettuce.
2 Add lettuce to a bowl and spoon in tuna salad.

1-2 clove garlic smashed and chopped
1 large sprig dill
1 thick slice onion (rings separated)
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1/4 - 1/2 packet Stevia
1 - 2 dashes Cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
1 teaspoon Peppercorns (optional)
1 Bay leaf (optional)
Directions
Slice 2 large or several small cucumbers evenly. Sprinkle slices lightly with salt or your favorite salt alternative.

And I used ACV and excluded the cayenne. I was a little concerned about the flavor the cinnamon would give it, but it makes it more complex. I really like it. I had only found one ketchup that worked for P3 b/c it was sweetened w/xylitol, but it was SO runny and not

100 g chicken breast - cooked
1 tsp taco seasoning (1 T chili powder, 1 t cumin, 2 t onion powder, 1 t sea salt (or less))
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp ranch dressing mix (2 Tbsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried dill, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp dried basil, 1/2 tsp pepper)
Add chicken to skillet and heat for a few minutes on medium-low. Cover chicken with taco seasoning and stir to coat. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Combine milk and dressing
