Thanks for your message. I don't know anything about cycling, I will have to study that. I don't think my body can take a 30 round, I only have 7 pounds to lose to get to goal and I'm losing a pound a day. I was told by a vet to stay on it for 30 and just up my cals. Still think about that. Remember not all of us are the same and not all things work the same. Good luck.
Hi DeAnn, I have been reading the posts in your thread for the last 2 days. Thanks for being willing to experiment and for sharing your experience. You never know how much it can help someone...like me. I see that you are considering whether to do a short or Long round... I am in the same boat. I completed a long round 1 of 43 days, 5 wks of p3&4. I'm just a little over a week into r2. I have read tons about cycling and think it's a viable option for me. So many members have done it successfully for so long with lots of weight lost. SO it's hard to understand why a shorter round of 23 days wld cause an issue.
