    I am well. I am not in a hurry to do another round. I am enjoying the break and giving my hair and skin some time plus I just want to enjoy life a bit. I may do another round in Aug or Sept and maybe just a 23 day one we'll see how I feel when I get closer. That is great that you are in a size 12. You must be built different than me cause I am usuall 179-180 and I am a size 14. I am 5'6 or close. What are you weighing right now? I am getting ready for my trip to NY. Do you still want to meet? I would need to meet either early in the am or evening as I only have four days in the city and want to get the most out of it. Of course since you are on P2 you probably won't be eating. Are you close to the staton island ferry? someone said that is beautiful to take at dusk to see the lights of the city. Am I thinking of the right ferry? anyway let me know what you are thinking. How many more rounds are you planning?

    that is what I meant. weigh early on LIW then weigh later from then on and be below your LIW. How are you? what have you been into? Anything new? I am really into this raw food thing. Made kale chips today in my dehydrater. Only tasted them cause I was doing a yogurt day. Not into these correction days. I have been doing this for a year now. God I would just like to eat healthy, excercise and not have to think about my weight. I am feeling a little tired I guess. Don't get me wrong I am doing great. I would like to build some muscle though ...without the work of course. started doing the Tony Robbins tapes. figured I was making all these changes I might as well go for the gusto. I must be crazy. He makes you do a lot of stuff. I am sure I will be all the better for it. How are you? what's new?

    I had an idea. Maybe when we do our LIW we should weigh in really early in the am. that way we will always be under our LIW!!! whatcha think? LOL.

    Don't know if I can be of help as I get mine from my naturalpath. It is a compounded RX in a pellet form and the compounding lab is in Florida. I felt more comfortable going through a doctor and am happy with this compounded version. Let me know if I can help. I know Mel buys hers online.

    Hey Julie,

    I have always used injections mostly because I only have to remember to do it once every day. I order from reliablerxpharmacy.com (which is the same as ADC) and escrowrefills.com. I do price comparisons between the two and see which one works out better.

    When ordering you have to give them 2 weeks to deliver as they are Indian Pharmacies and you have to get your order through Customs and all that.

    The last order I made I think I paid under $140 for 5 x 5000 iu vials with shipping and everything.

    There is a dry spot in the middle then has a bit more good info. I made. Hself get through the dry stuff. I think it is because she wrote it for doctors. I did get some good stuff from it though so I felt it was worth it.

I had dismissed HCG as a viable plan for a long time. How could you embrace a 500 cal a day plan--- really? But as I watched my scale climb higher every day and had increasingly bad medical test results, I knew I had to do something different bc we all k now the meaning of insanity. The weight was going to kill me certainly. So what did I have to lose --- yes --- the weight --- i know.

Cover me, I'm going in!
I am going to purchase homeopathic drops from discounthcgdiet.com. (unless you guys have heard anything bad!!! Pls tell me if you have!!!)
I like their site and the info is all up front, instead of hidden as I have seen on other sites. I also like the amino acids they added to the formula. I'm doing a 30 day round...hoping that homeopathic will be kinder to my body. I figure if it doesn't agree with me, I can do the last round w real HCG to end.

I have been reading recently in an effort to understand my body better but most recently to understand it in relation to HCG and wt loss. *So many of us are struggling to stabilize and sometimes there seems to be no reason for a wt gain...or we see a drop from a correction day, only to see it come back the next day. I read a post that recommended a teaspoon in AM coffee as an aid to prevent hair loss. I used it (liquid form) this morning and heres what i noticed .... No my hair didnt immediately grow...but my mood is much liighter, I've been zooming and running errands and didnt even think about food until 2!
