    I have been buying pellets from Meridian Health Labs and drops from TheOfficialHGCDiet company. I called both of them to see how this FDA crackdown was going to affect them. Meridian said that my order was going out on the last day that they would be shipping. The OfficialHCG guys said that they weren't changing anything yet. Call your company and see what their plans are. I had to stock up. Several people in my office as well as my dad and 2 daughters are all on the drops so I buy in quantity to keep the prices down. The pellets should last forever and I think the drops will be good for a couple of years anyway. I am sure you will always be able to get it if you go thru a doctor or maybe if you buy from overseas. Check with your company and let me know what they say.

    Hi Julie, I don't know much about cycling. I did 2 long rounds. On R1, I stayed on P2 for about 8 weeks - until I lost 34 pounds and it was also getting close to vacation time. When I started back on P2 for the R2, I stayed on it 4 months. During that period I traveled for work ~2 times per month. Every trip I would gain 2-4 pounds. I don't think that my journey was particularly straight, but it worked for me because I do have endurance, if not as much discipline as I wish I had. I think I am a 6 or maybe a 4 in some brands. 8's are big on me. (That is so funny to write) I haven't bought many clothes because I want to make sure I can maintain before I make the investment. I was a 16-18 when I started. This diet is so much easier and effective than anything on the market. If your head is in the right place, you can get where you want to go because the stuff works!! I recommend that you stock up before the FDA confiscates all of it. Thanks. Donna

    Thanks I have seen so many recipes for Cocoa Crack I might have to try them all lol. The mug cake looks and sounds so good! I don’t recall seeing anything for fudgecicles but I will definitely look for it.
    We will start phase 3 tomorrow. I’m so excited lol Today both the hubby and I are hungry. It seems to get worse as the night goes on. I think it’s a good sign or at least that’s what I keep telling myself.

    Julie I just wanted to check with you and see if I understood this correct or not. The last LDW is the morning we weigh in when we do the last day of our drop not the following morning after we finish them?

    The bacon I eat is the store brand from Smith's/Kroger. I also get home delivery from a local dairy that has bacon. Not sure where you shop, but I do know it's difficult finding one. Maybe you can ask your butcher, too?

    Hi! Sorry so slow to resond. I have not been on here as much this month. I stabilized really well after both rounds with no gains. I did not reintroduce things slowly for P3 either time. I just absolutely did not eat carbs or sugar for 3 weeks. I ate as much as I wanted, did not count calories and basically did an Atkins style of eating. Breakfast was typically bacon and eggs (make sure bacon is not sugar cured). Snacks were cheese or nuts, I allowed myself coffee with cream and loved FAGE with stevia. I also snacked on apples a peanutbutter. I always read lables and avoided sugar. Chicken wings and ranch are a favorite dinner. Make sure they are not breaded/ make them yourself. Do what feels right. Keep drinking water and weigh each day. If you have trouble try to pinpoint what the problem might be. You can do it!!

    Heyo Julie -- thanks for your message on my blog. The "secret" to my success has been my steadfast refusal to cheat. I don't have any cocoa-crack during P2... I don't even use any of the supposedly approved salad dressings. My only real "cheat" is that I mix veggies. I figure that as long as I stick below 2 cups total -- and use only P2 approved veggies, I'm okay.

    I think I can get this all taken care of in a year (or less) -- and if I have to skip family holiday meals -- and not go out with friends, etc... for one year? It's worth it. My Mom was upset that I wouldn't come to Thanksgiving dinner -- and I just explained that I wanted to be around for Thanksgivings in the future -- and that I wouldn't be if I died from an obesity related disease.

I had dismissed HCG as a viable plan for a long time. How could you embrace a 500 cal a day plan--- really? But as I watched my scale climb higher every day and had increasingly bad medical test results, I knew I had to do something different bc we all k now the meaning of insanity. The weight was going to kill me certainly. So what did I have to lose --- yes --- the weight --- i know.

Cover me, I'm going in!
I am going to purchase homeopathic drops from discounthcgdiet.com. (unless you guys have heard anything bad!!! Pls tell me if you have!!!)
I like their site and the info is all up front, instead of hidden as I have seen on other sites. I also like the amino acids they added to the formula. I'm doing a 30 day round...hoping that homeopathic will be kinder to my body. I figure if it doesn't agree with me, I can do the last round w real HCG to end.

I have been reading recently in an effort to understand my body better but most recently to understand it in relation to HCG and wt loss. *So many of us are struggling to stabilize and sometimes there seems to be no reason for a wt gain...or we see a drop from a correction day, only to see it come back the next day. I read a post that recommended a teaspoon in AM coffee as an aid to prevent hair loss. I used it (liquid form) this morning and heres what i noticed .... No my hair didnt immediately grow...but my mood is much liighter, I've been zooming and running errands and didnt even think about food until 2!
