
I had dismissed HCG as a viable plan for a long time. How could you embrace a 500 cal a day plan--- really? But as I watched my scale climb higher every day and had increasingly bad medical test results, I knew I had to do something different bc we all k now the meaning of insanity. The weight was going to kill me certainly. So what did I have to lose --- yes --- the weight --- i know.
So R1 went very well --- learning, all the while losing 28 lbs and keeping it off thru Christmas

I like their site and the info is all up front, instead of hidden as I have seen on other sites. I also like the amino acids they added to the formula. I'm doing a 30 day round...hoping that homeopathic will be kinder to my body. I figure if it doesn't agree with me, I can do the last round w real HCG to end.
