  1. Yep sounds like you have it under control. Good Luck!
  2. Hi universal2, hope all is well! I am in p4w2 @ 1 lb above ldw. So I am pretty stable especially since I had Christmas & new years in there! I am just waiting for my HCG to arrive...I was hoping this week.

I just re read some of your posts so I am all set to load 1 day w p3 foods only...no stuffing! Do I have that right?

    How are you doing?
  3. I actually have never done a complete round - I know someone reading this just sucked up all the oxygen gasping - it just wasn't possible for me with the lack of sleep. I have always "intended" to finish with a full round but I am actually thinking that the method to my madness has always been about when I add new foods in and taking things extra slow and not the number of days on the HCG - who knows really .... but haven't had trouble so far. It took me quite a while to get brave and try something other than atkins type food but was pleasantly surprised when I did .... when I jump back in I plan to go just as slow when I am finished.
  4. Thanks so much for your encouragement and support. I feel soo much better hearing that you are stable even with the cycling and after all this time. Great news. I agree with you on keeping things simple. I tend to do better that way. Even a soup or stew are likely to cause trouble and I can never figure out why.

Yesterday, I tried coconut oil again and had a slight gain. I tried it in p2 with the same results. So I guess this I- talian body only wants EVOO!

I have 1 more question... Did you do a complete round at the end of the cycling or did you not get to that point yet? If not, and you are stable anyway, I think you are proving my suspicion that people who don't stabilize are likely adding all sorts of not so good stuff. And there are probably some who have some physiological issues as well.

Thanks for your generosity ...read a lot of your posts yesterday! Very enlightening!

    Julie
  5. My best advice is take p3 slow. Commit to the cycle, the food for each phase and do not get too creative. I eat very simple in p3 and take it VERY slow when I am ready to phase out of the "cycling" ... take that extra time-I think it really helped me lock in the weight loss. I have never had to do a steak day or anything. When you are ready, please feel free to private message me if you want help walking through this - especially p3. I would be happy to help. Good Luck!
  6. I have been slow to finish up - a lot of necessary life changes with work and relationships has put me on a year long break BUT I can say I have had ZERO problem maintaining my weight loss. I am 2 pounds under my LIW and eat pretty much whatever I want. The only things I avoid like the plague is High Fructose Corn Syrup and MSG - so far those are the only things that really make me gain. I can eat most everything else - I am more "aware" of carbs and probably do eat those in moderation more so than before but I do eat them. Yesterday I had McDonalds for lunch because it was convenient and I ate a Bacon Angus Burger Meal - I ate all the bread with the burger and probably half the fries ..... no gain.
  7. Hi universal, I loved hearing about how you were cycling. Are you still on this site? How did you do overall? I thought your approach. Bite off the weight in smaller chunks and the big number takes care of itself. I also think 2 wks on and 1 wk off was ultimately easier on the body.

I am through w R1 and plan to cycle thru 6 rounds and the do a traditional 7th and last round.

I would appreciate any insights you wish to share. Thanks, julie
