This Is My Motivation

Hey I'm on VLCD8 today. I gained all my weight back and some. Its only my fault as I didn't do the phases properly. Im chugging along ok on this round though. Hope to at least have a little Thanksgiving meal, not sure if thats possible or not. Have a great day!

Hey just peeking in for a visit. Congrats on the 140's. We are in the same group and I've watched your weight go down. You are just a couple days ahead of me. There are only a few of us still posting P2 stats there and just wanted to let you know how excited I am for you that you are in the 140's. I'm ending this round where you started your round weight wise. I can only hope that when I start my next round I will be able to do as well as you have. I was wondering you if you plan to continue to post your P3 stats in the group?

I cannot get my dose right it is killing me, I am always hungry, I skipped a day and way not hungry, that at 200 IU so I lowered to 150 IU and I am Starved! Maybe I am at 175 I don't know but it is getting pretty annoying! I almost feel like throwing in the towel because I can't get this dosing right and I am un-sure if maybe I feel hunger after I eat and it is just supposed to be that way.. I read most people say they have to force themselves to eat but I am always starving.. I have tried, 135, 150, 175, 185, 200! sigh.. I am glad you are doing well..

How is it going this round? I still have not managed to get my dose right to not feel hungry, yesterday was skip day so I lowered my dose today to 150.. But I have managed to lose about 6 LBS..

Thank you Nexuz9 for the kind words and encouragement! I have found this site VERY helpful so far and even though I'm only on vlcd 5 I don't think I could have gotten this far without the forum. Are you planning on this being your last round?
