I am starting my second round today. My load was terrible. After the first day I was so bloated and miserable I could not eat much of anything. The hunger is not too bad today. I have been drinking alot of water and decaf coffee and tea. My last round I chewed sugar free gum which helps my sweet tooth. Looking around for a thread that I might fit into. Happy day to all. Good Morning my wonderful supporters. I am leaving this morning on a trip to see family and won't be able to blog till I get back most likely. I weighed in at 110.2 this morning .6 below my LIW so I feel fine. Today will be my second day on p3. I packed some chicken and apples for the plane ride. I have never been much of a cream person in my coffee and to be honest I am a little weary of trying too much while gone because I won't have a scale to check it's effect. Well I weighed 108.8 today so I still made me original goal but my liw weight was 110.8 yesterday. That's is fine with me because I still would rather have the range of 110.8-112.8 instead of 108.8-110.8. I have large fluctuations like a pound or 2 during TOM and if I eat too much sodium. Problem is I have a seizure disorder so it can be bad if I get too much sodium or if I lose too much during exercise etc. A doctor told me once if things taste real salty that is your body telling you that
Good Day all you wonderful people. Well I weighed 110.8 today and I didn't want my liw weight to be so high. But I am thinking why not? This weight is lower than I have been in over a year and a higher weight will be easier to deal with the weight up and downs. More wiggle room. I still think it;s water so who knows what tomorrow will bring. But this morning will officially be my last dose of pellets. I really would like to keep my weight between 110-114. That allows my clothes to fit comfortably.
Dear Friends: I listened to your words and yesterday they sounded good. I am still keeping my goal weight at 109 but yesterday I overindulged in the salt shaker and my weight up from 108.6 to 110.4. I know it is probably water but I think I will do a few more days of p2 pellets then few without out. This means I won't have much time before I leave on my trip in p3. However my family I am visiting all eat very very healthy so I do not think I will have a problem eating well on my first week of p3.
