I am a mother of three grown children, ages, 20,22 (married),24.,, a wife of 27 yrs., and a RN. I have been desperately trying to loss weight for years. I did this last year and lost 15 lbs. in 2 weeks and had to quit. Can't wait to start again-this time the right way.
