R2 is going well. Down 5 kilos (11lbs) in 10 days. FUCK YEAH!
I wore a swimsuit yesterday and felt good about it. YES!
On my blog, I was taking about my recent losses. A friend asked to see pics, so I posted some. I thought I would share here. I am not even remotely close to being near my goal, but being UNDER 100 KILOS is making me feel like SuperWoman!!!

I made it to P3. I was scared at first, but I am ok with it now. I CAN HAVE CHEESE! YES!!!
I made fabulous egg cups this weekend:
12 pieces of deli meat
2 lg tomatoes (diced)
6-8 lg mushrooms (diced)
1/2 avocado (diced)
Spray muffin tin with non-cook spray. Line each cup with a piece of deli meat.
Mix eggs and all veggies and cheese together.
Spoon into each cup.
Long time no post!!!
Day 33, down .6 kilos this AM. .6 KILOS!!! That brings me to 10.6 kilos lost altogether!!! YAY!! I am crediting being back to work full time and having to drink more water while teaching with that one.
I have 7 more days to go. I am REALLY hoping to get under 100kilos in that time.
Even though Phase 3 is 'easier', I'm getting scared of it. What if I blow this loss? What if it's harder to transition than I thought? ACK!
Woke up to a .5 kilo loss. YAY! If I keep up that pace, I will be under 100 by the end of this 40 day round and that will make me super duper happy. I have not been under a 100 kilos for over a year now. PLEASE GET THERE!!!
I'm avoiding red meat. I have had the bread sticks twice lately as a small snack - rather than diving into the bags of chips we have here. I am drinking HEAPS of water and tea. I'm trying to sleep better.

Sunday was a bit of a bad day. I took the dip to a friend's house since she is down in the dumps. I ate some of it with corn chips. Bad bad bad, I know.
For my efforts this AM, I was rewarded with a zero move on the scale. At least I didn't gain!! I regret nothing. I enjoyed the 6 chips I had with dip!!! I ate well for the rest of the day.
