oh, did you order any of the lipotropics yourself?

Hey charles,

sorry that I didn't see this earlier. been busy trying to get thru the last few weeks of school. I started my injections today and am loading. It's not fun (as I thot it should be!)

I ordered the lipotropic injection from the crazymuscle website and it's due to come in any day. I will start those injection as soon as i get it. I still need to order my vitamin b12. i just joined a may loading group and hopefully will find some encouragement there when it gets tough.

I have a road race in june and only concern i have is not compromise the hcg by exercising too hard. let me know how you do when you start since you're doing crossfit.

My goal is to start on May 19 and 20 ... but I may have to start loading on 21. I'm out of town that weekend and staying in a hotel and may not have the ability "pig out" properly.

It will be nice have others to share the experience.
