Oh, that's awesome!!! I'll try that out! Thanks so much! Is this your first round? P3 has been like Heaven for me! I wanted to be out of P3 in time for Thanksgiving...then I'll wait until after Christmas to start my second round. I LOVE HHCG! It's been my miracle!

PS!! About your xylitol and cocoa crack....Get a candy thermometer and put it in the pan when you are melting it.. Xylitol has a very high melting point. It will melt between 195 degrees C and 201 degrees C. Xylitol will also absorb moisture so when baking you may need to add a little extra liquid, like butter, or xanthan gum to help retain moisture. You will want to keep what you make with xylitol in an air tight container, because some recipes will get hard when exposed to air.
