    hi. i was reading the rouge thread and i saw some of ur posts. i think u might be the right person to answer my question. im on R1P2VLCD9 and im sick of chicken and meats so i was going to try jillian protein drink. how do u do that? do u replace ur protein with the shake and then have nothing else all day? like no fruits or veggies? just two shakes? thankyou

    Thanks, Kenna. You were right, there is a wealth of helpful information here. I'm glad to be here too, and I'm glad that you recommended it.
    I am really doing my best to get educated about P3 so that I know what the heck I'm doin by the time I get there. It's still pretty intimidating for me, so far. Does it get less scary as you go?

    I'm stable...but still have to do steak days from eating too much or trying something new. I was having trouble with weight creeping on after my 3rd round. Did another round to get to my desired range. I think the problem was secret intolerances that didn't show right away.

    I have a girlfriend who paid a fortune for intolerance testing. The info they sent her said that there are different classications of intolerances. Some of the classes don't show for 21 days!!!!!!!! I sort of figured at the end of round three that eggs might be a culprit. Possibly potato or corn. After I did round 4 to clear the "creeps".....it was very clear.....they were intolerances. I stumbled upon Grammy's laser treatment...saw you there....so voila'....we are once again united.

    Thanks! Will let you know. Might be a few days before I can get to the store and I already have the Curel and Shea Butter. Am trying Aveeno Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream now to see how it works.

I did 13 months on hcg and lost 73 lbs. and 75 inches. I was happy at that weight but didn't stabilize well and gained 15 lbs. back over the holidays. I'm back to lose that weight and determined to stabilize this time.

So, I've had a pretty good week, considering 2 sick kids and very little sleep. Yesterday should have been my last day of hcg but I blew it last night and ate a very off protocol pork chop which resulted in a small gain so I'm doing 1 maybe 2 more days. Mostly so my head is in it and not on a cheat as I go into P3. So I'm posting my "points" or calories not eaten for the week (read my last post if you want to know what I mean.) The mourning period

So, after my bad holiday choices and gaining back 15 lbs. followed by a failed 20 days of hcg with a bad bottle and lots of cheats and now a productive 18 days of hcg on a good bottle I have discovered a few things about myself. My One and a half years of this HHCG journey.

I was asked to share with you what my hhcg experience has been so I thought I'd post it here and invite anyone else who has been on the protocol for awhile to share their experience as well. Sorry this is a long post.
