I am a mother of two my youngest just started kindergarten I work in a hospital as a tech. I used ti be skinny before having my childre. Dieted a bunch with weight watchers and went on and off all the time. I did the first rd. Lost 18.5 in 23 days. I waited 9 weeks before I deceided to do another Rd. as I had fallen short of my goal. so far Ive lost 9.8 in first week this time.

I am in rd 3 p4 day 8. I stuggled with p3 aweful as in I had to do stead day every other day. I figured out I had senstitivites to nuts and cheese. Got those taken care of. Finally stabelized for 5 days and then on the p4 2nd day, I tried one piece sugar free blueberry pie. Nest day 3 lbs over lwd. I had stablized at 1 lb over, now I do steak day came back down wait 2 days then valentines day had bbq chicken and mac n cheese guess what up again 3. egg day back down yesterday I only had
I would like to chime in. I did rd one last time thought I was going to be happy with that weight so I did get into P4. Steak day did not work for me however I found a specific type of eating did. I lost everytime I did this. For Breakfast 2 pieces bacon I did reduced salt and two eggs for Breakfast, For lunch just lettus and Chicken with ranch on it like a salad for supper a steak and a salad. This for some reason worked everytime. I drank lost of water and didn't eat after supper. I never
