I've had a love/hate relationship with my weight. I was an average size kid but always wanted to loose 5 lbs (from 2nd grade up to graduation). I started gaining when I took an office job in my early 20's. I was at the computer all day and got little to no exercise. I was mentally burned out by the time I got home and would plop on the couch watch TV and eat junk food. My idea of socializing was dinner and a movie...with popcorn and a pepsi ofcourse.
