P3 Day 30

Still holding at 337. I'm sooo happy with myself! I have been enjoying steaks n cheese n eggs (in crustless quiches) I think im going to stay away from artificial sweetners cause they make me crave sugar like no other! I just drown my sorrows in water tho lol!

Im trying to hang on till my HCG arrives from escrowrefills.com I am a lil diappointed that Im not in my second round yet. Minor setback with them pulling all the hcg off my rx website. arghhh.. thankfully someone posted

P3 Day 3

I had a verry scary day 1, afraid to eat this that n the othr and it showed up on the scale the next day as a 2lb+. Second day I ate 800 calories, not much better but no gains and down .4 this morning.

I put some turkey breast in the crock pot and also made myself a crustless spinach n broccoli quiche this morning to enjoy for breakfasts and lunches for a couple days. Proactive is going to be my route. I also came online to scan recipes and menu ideas since Im not a big egg eater
