    hello! I noticed you were using Jay Robb whey protein as a meal replacement. I wonder how your losses were. I am asking because I want to go to the gym AFTER work, and BEFORE I go home but I need the extra protein for energy it offers and I prefer not to go home and eat dinner AFTER the gym seeing that it is so late by that time. Just wondering how your experience with it was?
