So, I'm back for R3. R2 was pretty much a big, old, fat failure. For this round, I am determined to reach my goal of 170 pounds. I might try to get down to 160 on my own, but I might be gaunt and wrinkly and ugly at that weight. Yes, I'm vain! So far, I'm staying pretty close to protocol but weekends are always so hard.

Anyhow, I'm planning to chck in here frequently.

Sorry I wasn't here for you ... I pretty much gave up on the forums here, too many people got mad at me for my particular form of honestly ... You can find me at facebook under this name and if you friend me there, I will invite you to our HCG experiment page ... where we are following exact protocol to see how it works out. Many of us are there from the old days. I am in round 3 ... 149 today ... lowered my goal a bit so 4 to go ... unless I find more fat to get rid of!
