I can completely relate to everything you've mentioned, I have felt all those benefits and changes too! CONGRATS on starting P3, I have to say I can hardly wait until mine arrives! I'm also thinking bacon and eggs! Let me know how you do stabilizing. And most importantly, ENJOY!

I'm in Katy. I understand your fears for P3, I've been reading about the Paleo diet and I think I will give it a try for P3. Are you skipping P4? I'm gonna stay strict to the protocol, which will have me loading for R2 on New Years weekend. It works out well!
VLCD 21 and 20 lbs. gone. I feel great too! This is truly a miraculous diet!
Have you noticed any differences since starting?

Hi TSW, I am a member of the Houston hCG forum, and I noticed that you have about the same amount of weight to lose as I do. You are a couple of weeks ahead of me in P2, but our losses are even pretty similar. Are you planning on going straight into R2 once you complete R1? Just curious.
