I'm a huge Bikram's fan and wondering about your post on the Hot yoga thread regarding it not being good for you. Your patient who taught and practiced with the old looking tongue - did she/he have other symptoms directly related to Bikram's? I'm curious because if she loved it so much as to go through the training etc., didn't she notice anything off? How would you know if it's not right for you? clearly she felt better from it otherwise I would assume she wouldn't be doing so much of it. I love the practice and feel better than I ever have after practicing regularly, and just really curious if there's something I'm not paying attention to. I thought the whole purpose was connection with Self - thus sensitivity to what is too much or too little etc.etc. Thanks for your input - Keri
