    Are essential oils P2 safe?

    Another quick Q: I started a 15 day candida cleanse and my period started yesterday (I never keep track) and my hCG arrived early. I would like to follow the suggestion to start 3 days after period ends (am I correct here?) but am wondering if I should complete the Candigone or end it. I don't want to wait another month to start the protocol.

    no, you shouldn't take any oil supplements on P2. Wait for P3 for those.

    Not sure on the cleanse...mainly depends on whether it contains any type of sugar/starch/oils.

    I wanted to use essential oils for the aromatherapy benefit and would normally rub it on my hands and inhale but perhaps I could due a room diffuser or just smell the opened bottle.

    I'll check the Candigone ingredient list. Thanks again!
