I know this really doesnt have a lot to do with the HCG diet but it does with eating healthy and I'd love to know what others think

I have been doing some raw food recipes and raw food purists say the only "cooked" food is done in a dehydrator at 115 degrees or below to preserve nutrients and enzymes. I've been doing a little bit of research and it seems like this is not as clear cut as it seems. Many others say this theory is simply not true and some foods actually benefit from being cooked.

I have awesome raw flax cracker recipe but my dehydrator doesnt have a temperature control and is about 125. I've been debating about buying a new one but was curious of other peoples opinion on this topic

    Thanxs

I do some raw. I have the Excalibur dehydrator, and it's is great! But, I'm truly a novice and experimenter. I just try to get a lot of raw in, and I don't worry about the rest of it.
