hey grammy....it was wonderful LOL! its funny how vlcd last FOREVER and how p3/p4 seem to fly right by. im super excited to be starting R2 tho! ready to shed some more lbs :) i stabilized perfectly! never done a steak day and added back all my favorite foods. i even ate donuts a time or two ;)
as far as the mediral...it just threw me because it said 'detox'. so its the same thing i take tho??? -

Yes most of my friends who have used Mediral had the one that said detox. Weird!

I used the Mediral for my first P2 and it worked for me. I have several other friends that recommended it and they had good experiences with it. I did feel hungry alot, and after discovering this website , I am going to experiment with the dosage this next time in P2.I don't think I was taking enough. The other thing, is the hunger was also emotional and mental, not necessarily physical. I feel that I will have a better experience with P2. Loading this Tuesday and Wednesday to do a 23 day round.
